Angie Motshekga says at least 99 percent of Gauteng and the Western Cape schools are ready to reopen.

“We are saying we as ready as could be. There are still some challenges in areas where we were struggling even before the lockdown, your sanitation, your water. Fortunately, the President has now since deployed the army,” said Motshekga.
