The driver had recently dropped off students at the West Caldwell Tech High School, investigators said.
Friday morning shortly after dropping students off at a local high school was charged with DWI and multiple other offenses, police said.
Stuckey was assisted out of the bus and treated for minor injuries at the scene as officers searched the home and confirmed that nobody was home at the time of the collision, the department said. The bus was marked with the words Phoenix Transportation Services. No one answered the phone at the Newark-based company Friday morning.
