When a deliveryman showed up at the door with a mysterious package, alarm bells immediately went off in his head., a resident in the east of Singapore, said his suspicions were raised when the deliveryman asked for cash-on-delivery payment of $140.Goh told Stomp:"There was no recipient name whatsoever. The deliveryman was from J&T and said I had to pay $140 or I could reject the parcel."I believe this is a scam as my purchases online have all already been paid for via credit card.
