You can redeem the vouchers in-store or online, but the process is different.
You redeem a voucher in-store by going on the app, clicking on the "wallet" tab and then the "scan voucher" button. If it's online, you have to go to the spend section of the app, and then select the amount you want to use up from your cashpot.It's worth bearing in mind, once you have converted your cashpot into vouchers, they can't be converted back.
