Constitutional court to have the final say in the drawn-out dispute
The Constitutional Court will next week hear a leave to appeal application by Sasol Chevron in its drawn-out dispute with the SA Revenue Service over a VAT refund, in a case likely to reshape or give certainty to the country’s tax laws.
