E-SCOOTERS
City transportation manager Jay Magus said Neuron, the first company to offer e-scooters in the city, has reported issues with its technology in the rollout of its service. Geo-fencing to cause the devices to be inoperable on sidewalks is expected to come online soon, as is programming that causes customers to continue being charged for scooters until they are parked in a designated area.
