DAVAO CITY—Hugpong ng Pagbabago chair and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio on Saturday said there is a need to "rethink" the regional party after more than half of the group failed to deliver bloc votes for the party's senatorial and local candidates.
Of Davao region's 5 provinces and 6 cities, HNP dominated in Davao City, Davao Occidental and Davao del Sur, Duterte-Carpio said. "Meaning walang majority bloc vote so we need to rethink," she said.
