The Scottish Family Party symbolically 'bricked up' the sexual health clinic in protest this morning.
Hundreds of activists have gathered outside the Sandyford Clinic in Glasgow in response to a planned protest by an anti-abortion group.
SFP member Niall Fraser said he was "willing to do time" to "make their feelings known" about the services the Sandyford provides. The group described the clinic as "vulgar and corrupting".A counter-demonstration planned by Cabaret Against the Hate Speech is also being held on Sandyford Place. Demonstrators have lined the street with many holding the trans flag and posters. Counter-protestors are also singing karaoke. It's understood the SFP attended the clinic at around 8am to carry out their demonstration calling for the service to be "shut down".
They added: "To want to remove access to abortion this badly is bad enough - but to want to do this to a clinic that also provides rape crisis services is unspeakable."
