Sandbags available to fight flooding
Sandbags are being made available for Belleville residents who’s properties are vulnerable to Moira River flooding.
Quinte Conservation released a flood warning for both the Moira and Napanee watersheds on Thursday, citing higher than average snow melt and rain. Belleville public works is making sand and sandbags available for residents in flood vulnerable areas to protect their property. The resources are located at the Public Works property at 31 Wallbridge Crescent. Residents are asked to call ahead to
