SAN JOSE — Authorities have identified the woman fatally stabbed by her daughter Sunday afternoon, according to police.
The woman also told police that she was hearing voices in her head, said a source familiar with the investigation. Police went to the house where the call came from and were met by the woman. After going into the home, they found a woman with stabbing injuries. Cheryl Ann Yee, 27, was arrested and booked into the county Main Jail in San Jose on suspicion of murder. Her arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday, according to jail records.
