A group of more than 170 business and civic leaders from the San Diego region traveled to Washington, D.C., for a three-day conference beginning Monday to discuss business growth, job creation and the economy.

SAN DIEGO –

“San Diego has taken its rightful seat at the table in the national conversation, which has resulted in more federal resources to tackle the big issues facing our region: homelessness, housing affordability, infrastructure, public safety, binational relations, and climate,” Gloria said. “I’m grateful to the San Diego Regional Chamber for convening business and civic leaders year after year to advocate for our priorities with a unified voice to deliver results for San Diegans.
