The bar went viral Thursday on TikTok after the satexasfoodies account posted a video of the big cheese, which seems to have at least an arm’s-length stretch. A restaurant by El Camino owner Ricky Ortiz, who recently inspired some other newsworthy food specials amid buzz around the “Edgar” haircut, Perfect Tender opened its doors in April 2024, and it’s already leaving its mark on the San Antonio restaurant scene.
