A San Antonio man has been arrested for receiving videos of child pornography over social media, according to authorities.
Bexar County Jail records show Arturo Contreras Santos, 24, has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.
The Texas Attorney General’s office started investigating the case in February, after receiving a cyber tip that suspected inappropriate communication.
