Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler have quite a history.

Hunt's persistence paid off, because he and Fowler had quietly gotten engaged in November 2016. While speaking on , Hunt revealed that he popped the question by the Sea of Galilee in Israel, amid an argument with Fowler.
