A sailor was reportedly using autopilot, officials said, when the boat struck the rock jetty
Tom Osler happened to be out on an early morning walk, and notified police when he saw the crash.
"As it came in closer and closer to the shore I was a little shocked at how close he was getting to the beach. So, I put my camera on and started recording," said Osler. The Action Cam was on the scene after a sailboat ran aground in Ocean City, New Jersey on Monday morning.In the midst of the commotion, the Kessler family from Boston was enjoying the last day of their vacation."It's a different atmosphere than we're used to up north. The water is a lot warmer than New England, too," said Zak's sister, Sam Kessler. "That's my favorite part I think.
