Sacked Nsfas CEO goes to court to challenges his dismissal
Former National Student Financial Aid Scheme CEO Andile Nongogo has approached the labour court for an order to reverse his dismissal from the student aid organisation.
Nongogo, who was fired on 24 October following a resolution by the board, has told the labour court that the board was unfair when it denied him a right to defend himself against the allegations he faced in a disciplinary hearing.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
