‘This achievement puts us in the company of impressive dining establishments like Marble in Johannesburg and The Chef’s Table in Durban.
‘Favourites include smoked hake and cheese croquettes with black garlic aioli and pea purée ; confit pork belly roulade and Savanna mustard sauce served with apple, butterbean mash, candied bacon and seasonal vegetables ; and Amarula and tonka bean crème brûlée . The other options are delicious,’ she adds.
