JOHANNESBURG - The South African Cities Network says South Africa's major cities are"ill-prepared" to deal with the effect of harsh weather changes.The Network says due to urbanisation, most poor residents live in poorly located areas and need to be resettled in higher lying areas.
Makhele said an integrated approach to the problem of climate change is necessary to make a meaningful change.
