Rylan Clark was left visibly emotional on ITV's Lorraine this morning as he discussed the release of his new memoir entitled Ten: The Decade That Changed My Future.
He added: "I've not cried in one interview yet! You're all out of order. No it's so lovely. Look, if you treat people right they stick with you." Also making an appearance in the surprise clip was Loose Women's Ruth Langsford who said: "Just wanted to say, Dad and I, "Eamonn Dad" and I, are so so proud of you."
And X Factor success story Ella Henderson said: "Rylan my big brother I love you so so much and I'm so proud of you."
