'I mentioned this before and that solves the problem for RTE'
Ryan Tubridy has joked that he has solved the problem of who will replace him as host of the Late Late Show.
Possible presenters who could take Ryan's place include Claire Byrne, Sarah McInerney and Patrick Kielty. However, one of the RTE star's Radio 1 listeners came up with a rather unusual solution on Thursday morning's show and suggested that an AI version of Tubs could continue to present the Late Late.He told his listeners: "I mentioned this before and that solves the problem for RTE... I think this is possible, just put it through some kind of machine and out it goes. Or a hologram, that's the other thing.
The topic of AI came up earlier in the show as Ryan discussed how someone manufactured Paul McCartney's voice singing John Lennon's solo material.
