Ryan Reynolds revealed that he’s ‘not always great’ about taking care of his mental health and sometimes spirals 'out of control'
When asked how he maintains his mental equilibrium, the Deadpool star, 46, told Page Six on Monday, October 9, that he’s “not always great ,” adding that he finds himself “spinning out of control” at times.
“I tend to overbook myself when I’m spiraling that way,” he shared. “I’m sort of aware of that stuff and I manage it as well as you can.” “I feel like I have two parts of my personality, that one takes over when that happens,” he revealed at the time.
