, 26, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence in connection with the accidental shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. She faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
Prosecutors have alleged that she failed to properly check that all of the rounds were dummies, which would resemble real bullets but not contain a projectile. Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer scheduled the trial to run from Dec. 6-15. Jury selection will take place on Dec. 5.
