Joe and Anthony Russo's AGBO has secured a $400-million investment from Tokyo gaming company Nexon.

Ltd., is paying $400 million for a 38% stake in AGBO, valuing the downtown Los Angeles-based company at $1.1 billion, the firms said Wednesday.
