In his ruling yesterday, Justice Wigney described Ms Norvill’s evidence provided to the court as not “credible or reliable” and prone to “exaggeration and embellishment”.He also found Ms Norvill had been "dragged into the spotlight" after declining to be part of the original articles by the Daily Telegraph in 2017 which he said conveyed the imputations that Rush was a "pervert" and "sexual predator".
