Sports Minister Gayton McKenzie tackled the Mandela Day Walk & Run in Johannesburg on Saturday after promising to take up a rigorous training regime.

"I did my first run from the parking lot to the airport gate because I was late this morning. I promise to join @tumisole & friends from next week to run every day.
