Voting stopped in the Northern Cape town, shortly after polls opened.
JOHANNESBURG - Police opened fire on residents of Holpan, just outside Kimberly in the Northern Cape on Wednesday.Residents say nothing has changed for the past 25-years.Voting has not started yet and there is a heavy police presence in the area.
