The Queen is no longer called Lilibet by the royal family
But, at home her family has always known her as "Lilibet" being the name she gave herself when she was younger.
However, since his death the name has not been used for The Queen, being one that only her husband and parents used on her. The Queen’s children call her “Mummy” and grandchildren refer to her as “Granny”, while Prince George and Princess Charlotte are known to call her “Gan-Gan”. Many royals have Elizabeth as a middle name, in tribute to the Queen, including Princess Charlotte, Princess Beatrice, Zara Tindall and Lady Louise Windsor.
