Royal AM have offered an update on their protracted case against Samir Nurkovic after elevating the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Read more here ▶️
Nurkovic won his claim for breach of contract against Royal AM following months of waiting on the case to be concluded.
"Royal AM FC, is pleased to announce that the Court of Arbitration for Sport has officially notified the club, Samir Nurkovic, and FIFA about the initiation of arbitration appeal proceedings," reads the statement from the club."Royal AM FC confirms that the appeal was simultaneously submitted to CAS along with an application for urgent provisional, preliminary, and conservatory relief against the transfer ban imposed on the club.
"Adhering to established protocol, Royal AM FC has forwarded the correspondence received from CAS to the National Soccer League for verification and implementation. "Royal AM FC is delighted by the current turn of events and eagerly awaits the outcome of the arbitration appeal proceedings.
