The Danish striker has scored 16 goals in all competitions for Man Utd in his debut season in English football.
Roy Keane , as he so often does, summed up the feelings of most Manchester United fans this season when assessing the squad after a typically poor performance.
It was a classic Keane quote, the type of soundbite he's provided on Sky Sports for years now. As an audience, we know the traits Keane values, the "spirit and personality" that the Irishman has seen so seldom in United teams of recent years. One player who has found affection, however, even among a disillusioned United fanbase this season, is Rasmus Hojlund.
Of course, he still has some way to go to impress Keane, the harshest critic, but perhaps United could offer Hojlund more help in that regard. Once again, the former United captain hit the nail on the head. United simply have to find forward recruits this summer to take the burden off Hojlund.
