The South African Weather Service has issued a level 2 weather warning for damaging waves in the Western Cape from midnight last night until tonight 23:00.The affected area is between Alexander Bay and Plettenberg Bay this morning, but persisting between Cape Agulhas and Plettenberg Bay into tomorrow morning.
Westerly to north-westerly winds are also expected between Cape Point and Plettenberg Bay today. The combined wind and wave conditions will result in rough and choppy seas.As the cold front leaves the country, some light rain still expected for KwaZulu Natal and some pre-frontal rainfall for tomorrow night's cold front to make landfall in the Western Cape.
