Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is returning to its roots with its newest development.— is teaming up with a local developer on a high-rise condominium tower.The condo tower is one of a growing number of new projects popping up in Dallas’ Turtle Creek neighborhood.
The building was designed by Chicago-based architect Lucien Lagrange working with New York interior designer Dan Fink Studio. The developers purchased the building site several years ago and recently affiliated with Rosewood, he said. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts was established in 1979 by Dallas businesswoman Caroline Rose Hunt and her family. They opened the Mansion on Turtle Creek hotel in 1981, restoring a historic mansion on the property to house the restaurant.
