A federal judge has rejected a lawsuit aimed at Florida's parental rights bill, dubbed by critics as the 'Don't say gay' bill, saying that the plaintiffs lack legal standing.

Ron DeSantis announced a Digital Bill of Rights on Wednesday that he said will better protect Floridians from Big Tech surveillance and unauthorized data collection. has dismissed a lawsuit against Florida's parental rights bill, dubbed by critics as the"don't say gay" bill, which bans classroom instruction on"sexual orientation" or"gender identity from kindergarten through third grade.

U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor, a judge in Tallahassee, Florida, ruled on Wednesday that students, parents, and teachers didn't prove that they have legal standing in challenging the law after filing a revised lawsuit.
