Rod Stewart & his son Sean were reportedly involved in a Palm Beach altercation on New Year's Eve
The two were allegedly accused by police of simple battery, and were ordered to appear at the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Complex on Feb. 5, according to the affidavit. Rod and Sean were with a group of people and reportedly became "agitated" after getting denied access to a private event at The Breakers.
The two reportedly refused to leave, the singer's 39-year-old son “shoved” an event security guard, and Rod threw a punch on the guard in the “left ribcage area.”
