Rochester, N.Y. One of three suspects who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in a fatal 2021 carjacking attempt was sentenced Friday.

Authorities said Bratcher and his cousin, who was driving, were both shot while they were returning from a Thanksgiving dinner. Quincy Brumfield and James Scott, who also pleaded guilty in February to manslaughter charges, have yet to be sentenced. A fourth suspect, Matthew Williams, was convicted of attempted robbery and weapons charges in connection to the incident, according to prosecutors. 13WHAM has reached out to see if he's been sentenced yet.
