This Morning presenter and mum-of-three Rochelle Humes shared a painful health announcement with fans, telling her Instagram followers that she is 'trying to be fixed'
This Morning regular Rochelle Humes has revealed to fans that she "pulled a rib out" after exercising.
"Late night sessions to fix this mama. I pulled my rib out - which I think probably sounds more dramatic than it is, but it really bl**dy hurts. James Health has fixed me once again," Rochelle, 34, posted alongside a picture of medical equipment balanced on her sofa. The former Saturdays singer didn't share exactly how the injury had happened, however when ribs become misaligned it can cause a tightness of the muscles around the chest. The issue can be resolved by a chiropractor, but in some cases the ribs can become unaligned again shortly afterwards.
Documenting their day out on Instagram Stories, she updated her 2.2 million followers with a video of the tot exploring a Lego store in London, before the pair posed for a mirror selfie together. "I hope we go on dates forever," the proud mum wrote.
