[ICYMI] Road Accident Fund | SIU attempts to recover R340m
The Special Investigating Unit is probing 102 law firms including the Sheriffs, which received duplicate payments from the Road Accident Fund to the tune of R340-million. For more, we speak to SIU spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago.
JOHANNESBURG - The Special Investigating Unit plans to recover over R250-million from law firms, including sheriffs.The SIU says some law firms have committed to return the money.Spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago says they've recovered R18-million so far.
