JOHANNESBURG - RISE Mzansi has expressed its support for the Nelson Mandela Foundation’s legal challenge against government for its failure to provide South Africans with equitable access to land as per the Constitution.
It seeks an order from the superior court directing government to ensure that legislation is enacted within 18 months to address this.
