Jonathan Frakes reveals Will Riker’s episode count for Star Trek: Picard season 3. Patrick Stewart’s Jean-Luc Picard returned to Star Trek fans’ screens with 2020’s Picard season 1. Now in Picard season 3, fans finally get a proper TNG reunion, as main cast members Frakes, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, LeVar Burton and Marina Sirtis all return to the Trek fold.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY There is one episode where I only have a brief scene, but I’m in all ten. [Showrunner Terry Matalas] came to me during season 2 and he said, “How do you feel about playing a lot of Riker?” I had already done it in season 1 and said, “Yeah, I’m psyched. I’m looking forward to it.” I had no idea he meant like full Riker [laughs]. But I got to say, it was a blast. It was a blast to work with Patrick [Stewart] again, as an actor. It was kind of emotional.
