Surprise surprise: Twitter didn't hold up too well during the Super Bowl, with users reporting outages during the halftime show.
On Sunday, minutes after the end of her set there was a huge spike in reported outages on Twitter.clocked 9,922 outages reported as fans of the Barbadian singer tweeted their excitement.
