The 'Ride for Dad' takes place this Saturday in Scugog. Organizers are expecting more than 200 motorcycle riders this year to help raise money for the fight

Organizers are expecting more than 200 motorcycle riders this year to help raise money for the fight against prostate cancer.“We are very excited that a cheque presentation will be done this year, from last year’s proceeds and it will include a $10,000 donation from Huronia, for a total of $50,000.00.,” said executive member Ben Burghout. “A doctor from Sunnybrook Hospital will be joining us to accept this research donation. It’s moments like this that make all of our efforts worthwhile.

The ride starts at 10 a.m. June 10 from Blackstock Motorsports and will last about four hours with multiple stops along the way.
