Former Ram Andrew Whitworth and former 49er Richard Sherman lived the rivalry between San Francisco and L.A. with S.F. dominating ... except in the big game.
They sit shoulder to shoulder as football commentators but don’t always see eye to eye, especially when it comes to a particularly intense NFL rivalry.
“It’s hard to call it a rivalry,” said Sherman, who played for the 49ers from 2018 through ‘20. “Because we’ve won all the matchups.” San Francisco 49ers fans cheer against the Rams at SoFi Stadium. There will be a lot of red in the stadium again Sunday.
