We are seeking a Business / System Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.Support testing and validation of system enhancements and new solutions.Mandatory Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, and database concepts .Knowledge of UX/UI principles and data visualization.
