After hints that Mamelodi Sundowns were about to appoint Manqoba Mngqithi in a new and unique role, it seems they've made a U-turn!
That departure saw a reshuffle that saw Mngqithi brought back in charge, albeit in a temporary capacity. Sundowns then also announced the reappointment of former senior coachcoach will serve in the same capacity upon his return. It is believed that the former is currently heading the teams preparations in Austria, although he is yet to sign a new contract.
