A vacant office could be turned into a restaurant if city planners approve.
Plans have been lodged for the premises, which is a listed building, on 44 Albert Road in the city's Southside.
Those behind the venture want to change the use of the office building from class 1a to class 3 restaurant including erection of flue to rear elevation.TheA decision is expected on the plans by July 14. The last date for comments is June 8.
