People are always looking for new ways to make themselves healthier. Usually, small changes that are easy to incorporate into our daily lives make the most difference.
Bristol Live reports that during the first episode, he spoke with people living in Okinawa, Japan. Residents there have some of the lowest cancer, heart disease and dementia cases in the world - and many of them live to be over 100. But aside from her positive outlook, Dan noticed that she and other Okinawans, ate a lot of tofu. He said: "Tofu is made from soya bean curd and can offer several health benefits.
