Mosimane has been vocal about his situation after leading the Saudi Arabian outfit to glory in the Saudi First Division., which includes an automatic clause provided he manages to get the team promoted, a mandate he delivered with aplomb.as he felt it was not right at the time.
The most recent comments made by Mosimane is perhaps the most shocking of the lot after the coach revealed that he had not been paid a salary by Al Ahli since January this year. Mosimane, according to reports is understood be on a salary of around R3 million a-month, meaning that over R15 million is owed to him, excluding the bonuses for gaining promotion and winning the league title.

Asked why he would remain at the club given the financial crisis they were facing, Mosimane eluded that he was hellbent on achieving his goal of promoting the club. "Are you asking me to give up the team? Number 1 in the club is the president and number 2 is the vice president. I'm coming with number three," he explained.
