Reports have claimed to have revealed the reason why Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea are refusing to move for Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar. At the beginning of last season, Neymar signed a contract extension with Les Parisiens which saw him commit to the club until 2025.
Hampered by persistent injuries throughout the season, the 30-year-old had an underwhelming campaign with the French giants. Despite winning the Ligue 1 title for a record 10th time, wholesale changes were made within the club’s technical staff as Leonardo and Mauricio Pochettino were both fired.
