Michel Therrien will reportedly join Alain Vigneault’s coaching staff in Philadelphia.
Montreal fired Therrien midway through the year with the Canadiens’ record at 31-19-8. Therrien also coached the Pittsburgh Penguins from 2005-09 and took them to the 2008 Stanley Cup Final, where the Pens fell to the Detroit Red Wings.
