<p>SALT LAKE CITY — A group of GOP representatives wrote a letter to their Republican colleagues, expressing their disapproval of the ousting of Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.
 5, said that less than 4% of the Republican Conference joined Democrats in voting to oust McCarthy, going against the will of the majority of Republicans, in a 216-210 vote earlier this week.
