Police in Ayrshire have issued a renewed appeal to trace a missing woman who left her family home without warning in the early hours of Friday morning

Since she disappeared, her family has mounted a large-scale social media appeal in a bid to track her movements, while police are carrying out enquiries into where she may have gone. In heartbreaking posts on Facebook, Lisa's daughter Emma said her mum had left her phone behind, making her all-but impossible to contact.
Officers have learned Lisa is a regular visitor to Oban and are liaising with colleagues in the Argyll and Bute area in case they can assist. In the meantime, Inspector Paul Richmond of Ayrshire Police Division has asked members of the public who may have any information to get in touch as soon as possible.
